Our NEW STYLISH Accommodation

Our new 120-bed facility located on Mount Henry Road in Salter Point, is a stylish home designed as an open-plan living environment with stunning surroundingsand modern amenities.

Our brand-new stylish home has been custom-designed as an open-plan living environment with stunning surroundings and modern amenities. Our Residents have access to our beautiful landscaped gardens and spacious wings with spacious and functional living/dining areas. Every individual is different, which is why we tailor our modern, cosy and comfortable rooms with exclusive care packages to meet the Resident’s personal goals and needs.

Our rooms are private state-of-the-art single rooms incorporating the newest technology, ideas, and features. Each room features a fully equipped ensuite and overlooks our beautiful landscape architecturally designed gardens. We also have rooms available to accommodate couples or a friend, recognizing the diversity and representing a unique feature in the sector.

Our residents are at the heart of what we do

When our lovely Residents move into our homes, each Resident will receive a personalised approach. An individual care plan that considers personal goals, will be co-designed by the Resident or their representatives.

They will enjoy safe and caring care from our dedicated staff and a rich and diverse calendar of events and experiences. We understand how overwhelming change can be and we are here to support your loved ones in any way we can.

In our home, we value and respect our Residents, providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Each Resident will be treated as an individual with their own unique needs, preferences, and life stories. We will meet your care needs, both now and in the future.

Yes, Families are welcome and encouraged to participate in care planning and decision-making processes.

When dining in our home, Residents can enjoy a wide variety of beautifully presented meals. The meals are seasonal meals and nutritionally balanced.

Yes, our Residents can decide on their menu and are often asked to provide their input and feedback on meals. Warm-hearted homelike cooking freshly prepared onsite.

Yes, A qualified nursing team is on-site at all times to attend to your clinical and emergency needs. Support and advice 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Our care team is passionate about each Resident’s needs, goals, and preferences.

Yes, if your doctor can visit the facility. Otherwise, we can arrange for our visiting GP’s providing medical management.

Visiting pets are very welcome.

The Laundry staff – labels and washes the clothes using our industrial laundry machines. We recommend that delicate clothing be hand-washed by you or a family member.

We offer a variety of engaging activities and programs that cater to the interests and capabilities of our Residents.

Our MedCom staff are well trained in Medication Management. They are trained to ensure the correct number of medications are in your sachet and that this corresponds with your medication profile sheet.

Medications are supplied through Optimal Co-Pharmacy, Myaree. Resident cannot bring in their own medication. The family pays the medical bills.

NOK/Family are welcome to bring items to personalize the Resident’s room and help them feel at home. The family can bring their clothes, belongings. favorite mementos, and furniture (TV Cabinet, TV, mini fridge. bookcase, or cabinet) to set up the room.

An armchair – please bring an armchair from home for the time being until the Resident is assessed by the Clinical Team/Physio/OT.

Up to 7 days pre-entry leave for the family to set up the room.

Electrical tagging – we can organize for our electrician to tog them for a fee.

Please request to the admission team for phone installation and internet services. The monthly charges will be reflected on the monthly invoice.

Our high-range rooms come with free WiFi.

Newspapers and magazines are delivered on request. Residents are invoiced by WA Newspapers.

Podiatry – the podiatry service visits the facility fortnightly and Residents are seen on a 6-weekly rotating program.

Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy – An individual mobility care plan is developed for Residents and is reviewed regularly to reflect changes in assessed needs.

Oral/Dental Health Assessments -organized yearly and follow-ups.

Hearing Services – organized yearly and follow-ups.

Vision Services – organized yearly and follow-ups.

Yes, you can. The family needs to sign the Resident out in the Social Visitors Register which is located in the front office.

NOK/Family pays the monthly Invoices through EFT or by cheque.
